A new dog

So my little girl was finally able to convince my wife to get her a dog.  We ended up adopting a Jack Russel Terrier mix from the local animal shelter.  'Biscuit' is 2 years old and smart as a whip.  A very good companion for my daughter.  At first, I was a little worried as most kids enjoy pets initially but once the responsibility starts weighing them down, they lose interest in the animal.  Not Christina though...she plays with her new friend, feeds it, takes it for walks and most importantly, cleans up after it.  I'm very proud of my little girl.

Sparhawk...lol OK, I have friends that have that kind of dog. JRT are smart as whips, very loving and loyal doggies. Knowing your daughter, (from your stories) I know she’s going to be a great companion for “Biscuit” Love the name! Way to go Christina and many happy paws! = )
