Classics on Netflix

So having not been on the box lately due to work and family...I have been watching more and more movies.  Netflix has been my friend...and I now like the instant play que even more.  So I will say this first...yes I enjoy action packed films...blood, guts gore the whole nine yards, but on occasion I just like to sit back and watch some of the oldies.  So here I am skimming through the main page when low and behold a classic movie I've seen before is on instant play.  So I que up "The Thrill of it All" a Doris Day flick.  I don't care what you guys say..the old Doris Day, Rock Hudson, James Garner, Cary Grant, Sophia Loren, Bing Crosby and so many others...they crack me up.  It is something I can just kick back and have a laugh.  I'll even watch some of the old musicals like Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and Oklahoma! and the like.  So yes...perhaps a bit odd for this day and age, but I love the classics.  Any old movies that you just absolutely have to watch if you see it on or it pops into your head?  Or are there just more and more poeple these days that figure if there aren't explosions or nudity then why bother?

Movies that get repeated on my TV more than once is: White Christmas, Hometown Legend, Rounders, Any James Bond Flick, an the occasinal Disney Flick with Daughter.

any movie that shows up on TCM and the wizard of oz, hands down oh, explosions of nudity, female nudity mind you, is a good thing

Anything with Grace Kelly. OMG she is unbelieveably hot and sexy. My fav is To Catch A Thief. The dialogue in that movie is amazing, full of double entendre's(sp?), and snappy responses. Also High Noon for a classic old western(Grace Kelly was also in this btw). Maltese Falcon is another excellent movie. Actually lots of the Hitchcock movies are really good. Citizen Kane, one of the best movies of all time. Superbly written, directed and acted. If you are watching classics and haven't seen this one you really need to watch it. If you watch any of these suggested movies be sure to blog and let us all know what you thought of our suggestions!

My Favorite Wife http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0029284/ A bowl full of laughs and he's so HOT!!! All his funny movies are good. And he's HOT!!! Cool Hand Luke He's SO HOT!! and it's a great movie! Paint Your Wagon, just silly, crazy fun. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid The Good, The Bad, The Ugly. Eli Wallach is tops in that movie

Some good suggestions in here. Some I have seen some and a couple I haven't so I'll have to rent them. Though I'll have to take your word on the hotness there char...lol
