I just checked some of the sites stats today and thought it was interesting that more people are using Fire Fox then Internet Explorer.  56.6% of the people on here use FF while only 35.62% use IE.  The rest are a mix between Safari, Opera, and other browsers.

I'll agree to that, but anything is better than fucking IE. I was once blind to the fact that there are better browsers than IE.Then I came to 2old2play and everyone just kept on suggesting useing FF.I downloaded it and love it. Thanks 2o2p you made me a happy man!

I actually started using FF at your or dsmooths recommendation. I like it but the only thing i haven't figured out how to do with it that i can do in IE is open a new window keeping the history of the current window in tact. For IE i'd hit CTRL N and it would open a new browser window with all the current browsers history so i could back up a few pages.

No need to do that with FF. Use tabs instead. IE is garbage.

Anyonw who works in web development can tell you that IE is the greatest plague on the face of the interweb. If IE didn't exsist, my job would be sooooooo much easier. There is so much proprietary crap that MS has built in to IE. As a result there are many corporate sites that would simply fall appart if IE suddenly died. Someone above mentioned IE7. Sorry, IE7 is just as bad as 6. All they did was add tabs and slightly improve CSS compatability. MS refuses to comply wiht web standards so I refuse to use IE. In fact, my personal site doesn't work with IE and I built it that way. The sooner IE dies the better.
