So with this switch to V3 coming along (I know its still not here) we have been talking about the ways people get involved with 2o2p, join clans, meet people etc. One of the things we noticed was how hard it is for someone to really get involved with the community and how often that person just leaves after a day or so on the site.
.....which is probably a good thing. Dsmooth and I are pretty much 100% done with the site but figured it's really not a great idea to launch a new site and then leave for 8 days with no way to fix any bugs that creep in. Our final hurdle was just getting things stable and running at an acceptable speed. We spent the last 7 days on cross checking profiles, logins, and code core. It seems to be running decently on most bandwidth speeds, but we would still like to see things a bit quicker.

After a couple weeks of talking, 5 bans, and a ton of good ideas I think we finally have a better terms of service to draw from. If you have any comments just let me know. Thanks again to everyone that helped shape the TOS and our community.

So if you check out the latest community pulse podcast with LB and I you will see that we plan on changing a bit of the forum policy within the public forums. I wont spend too much time here talking about how or why so you can check out the cast for more info.
