Inversion Therapy

Well the last couple of weeks my back has been bothering me quite a bit, I have a couple of compressed disc. So I start reading about inversion therapy and how it has helped many people. I start researching different models and what they offer. Prices are from 80.00 to 400.00 from local retailers. I am very impatient so when I make up my mind to buy one I need it right now. I decide to try a 100.00 price point model from Academy Sports. I bring it home set it up(took less than 30 minutes to set up) and start the therapy right away. I feel instant relief ! I tell my wife she need to start this as well it just feels so good. Well this is my experience with an inversion table and my health history.
