Well the last couple of weeks my back has been bothering me quite a bit, I have a couple of compressed disc. So I start reading about inversion therapy and how it has helped many people. I start researching different models and what they offer. Prices are from 80.00 to 400.00 from local retailers. I am very impatient so when I make up my mind to buy one I need it right now. I decide to try a 100.00 price point model from Academy Sports. I bring it home set it up(took less than 30 minutes to set up) and start the therapy right away. I feel instant relief !

Well the year 2007 is coming to an end. I wonder what I did all year long. I played alot of 360 thats for sure. The one event that stands out most is the loss of my love of halo. The game that started it all for me again. I grew up with Atari and nintendo games. I quit playing for quite some time after my early twenties. Then one year my wife's nephews got me to play a game on thier new system xbox 180. The little game was called Halo. I remember it was split screen and the map was blood gulch. I couldn't figure out how to move my soldier or shoot my weapon in the right direction.

This my man cave. I was given permission to create a spare bedroom into my man cave.

 MY birthday is coming up soon, so I hope she gets me a recliner. LoL
