 So things are ok.  Been working a little more on the xbox case and I do say its coming along nicely.  I just finished cutting plexi pieces this morning so painting those will be the next step.  I really like the red color I found at lowes for this, its very red.  I also couldnt get it to drip like I wanted so I just burned it in several places.  I painted it with a flat black and I have to remind myself that it isnt charred and brittle.  It looks it.   

It was brought up on the last post that I might think about selling these.  I like the idea but I dont think people would pay what I think I should get.  I would like to get more feedback and I've come up with some ideas for cases that I wouldnt mind selling off after I made one just to test the waters.  I feel most people dont appreciate art anymore.  People would rather buy mass produced crap from target than an orginal from a gallery.  Anyway on to the pics.  

I've also just finished up my new computer.  I really wanted to be able to work at home instead of stay up at school till 3 or 4 in the morning so I FINALLY did it.   It should be pretty kick ass once I get the OS installed.  I had no idea that fucking windows was so expensive so I'm trying a cheaper route.  :)

That sucks but I am glad you are ok. It could have been far worse so it is good that you could walk away. Granted you look pretty beat up but you survived so that is a HUGE plus. When my brother bought his bike my mom freaked but then I got mine and she freaked much more. It makes her nervous to ride behind us. I think it is an inherent trait in mother's to worry. That is why we love them though. Anyway, glad you are ok.

@ BalekFekete: sure thing. @ aachmed: My screen is just 15 or 17' viewable but the resolution is obviously better than the 19' standard definition I used to use. It was a cheaper choice since I'm not ready to splurge on a HDTV set.

big ups! now you should be getting more use to kicking those cravings asses. I only smoked for 5 years before I decided to put it down. I tried sunflower seeds, gum, the patch,.. the only thing that made me really want to quit for good was my kids. When I became a father and one of my sons had severe allergies to cigarette smoke that was the nail in the coffin for the habit. Congratulations.

Sure sounds like a physical thing since she is still twitching while out of it on drugs. Hope they find out what it is soon. Will keep you both in my thoughts and prayers.

Good luck Stri. That can be tough and with a weird schedule, even tougher. If you can, don't eat any starches with dinner and try not to eat anything after 7 or 8 at the latest. Those two simple things will make a big difference.

Have you tried meth? It seems to make things fly around here and doesn't weigh much. Of course, a meth powered heli would probably steal your tv but get caught as it starts to fall to pieces.

it should be covered under you 360 warranty...but the games saves will need to be transfered (like you have done). If you have anything you dowloaded from xbl, you will be able to re-download it for free, you will just need to take the time to do it. Your profiles will also be able to be retrived on a new hd as well. Sorry man...do not know of any out side company that can retrieve data on a 360 hd. Good luck.

way da frickin GO! I never smoked, but I know people who kicked the habit and it's HARD! You should save up all your $ that you would have spent on smokes and in a defined set of time go for an amazing dinner. You should be tasting things so much better, so maybe that would be a huge treat!

Heh, same here. In order to remember how old I am I do the math. 2006-1978=28 :) You know why you forget your age, there is nothing to look forward to. You looked forward to being 16 so you could drive. You looked forward to 18 to legally become an adult. You looked forward to 21 to drink in public. You might have looked forward to 25 when insurance rates drop :)

I'm with you in the online area - try learning computers on a computer with no computer knowledge alone. Yea, it's like that. Also - I look forward to this time of the year becasue I have my B-day 11/14 and it's usually the perfect time to get new games.

Yem~Actually Dianne Carter is really nice, she is the liason for the company I am contracted to....Mike my supervisor at the company has been great, but I also know that because I am a contractor they can let me go for less reasons. He likes me though, thinks I have more of a work ethic than most of his full time employees..but I am a douche and need the job so I worry......

English~ I was smoking almost a pack and a half a day..and it is really hard...my husband can pick up the habit and drop it like it's nothing, and expect me to do the same thing..we have had so many fights over it's crazy..but he has been supportive this time, but in retrospect..I also haven't lapsed..if I did I would surely hear it....
