So I finally decieded to build a new chair.  I've been thinking about themed chairs to sell.  So I'm going to build a punisher chair.  The skull will the the chair back and I made the arm supports half skulls and I plan to carve them so they arent flat.

So here is the new year.  I'm going to try to make this a good one.  I'll finish school this year which is a BIG bonus, hopefully I'll be able to find a job.  Christmas was ok, I got to see my dad which was nice but other than that its pretty much normal.  Havent played much xbox really.  I've been on a big creative kick which brings me to my new case idea.  I thought about doing a legend of zelda case but thought I cant put link on an xbox case.  Thats sacrilegious!  So I found a broken NES which I'm going to try and fix and mod the case.  The top will be link carved out like my MK dragon

So finally I got the case done and painted up.  It turned out bigger than I had expected but you just have to roll with it.  I'm really happy how it turned out especially the gear and the case.  I went very minimal with the background to keep the focus on the case/gear and to make is look like the design of the black buildings and fire from the GOW 2 menu which is where I got my reference.  I also included the grills that I put my name and clan in and painted up.  They turned out good.  So enjoy the pics and feel free to leave comments, critiques, questions, or comments.

so I got bored and decieded to make a recruitment video for our clan.  I thought it came out pretty good considering.  Oh and check out the new blog banner.  Spiffy huh!  :)

 So things are ok.  Been working a little more on the xbox case and I do say its coming along nicely.  I just finished cutting plexi pieces this morning so painting those will be the next step.  I really like the red color I found at lowes for this, its very red.  I also couldnt get it to drip like I wanted so I just burned it in several places.  I painted it with a flat black and I have to remind myself that it isnt charred and brittle.  It looks it.   

So I had so much fun with my mortal kombat case that I've started on a gears of war case.  But instead of just the case I'm adding a bit more to hold it  up off the ground and adding some metal and wood into it.  I was going to use the case to make the gear but I've decided to make a full size gear to go behind the case to match the size of the skull and I'm going to try and melt the plastic to make is ooze down in drops, hopefully.  2 pieces of plexi will be added behind the case, 1 for fire and the other for collasped buildings.  I want it to look like the start up screen of GOW 2.

So here is the 1st pumpkin of the year.  I love halloween and I love doing stupid pumpkins.
