It is a Public Service video in India/surrounding regions to promote condom usage. I keep getting on my friend about not using condoms and telling him he is going to die of AIDS...and saw this again today and figured everyone else would enjoy the craziness....I made him watch it too, lol. And, while it's funny, crazy and downright retarded in parts...the message behind it is a good one...hopefully it helps.
