Ya it's a lot different Interviewing when you're out of work or know you're going to get laid off rather than interviewing when you already have a job and just want a better one. If you already have a job you can go in relaxed and have a semi i don't give a shit attitude because you've still got a steady paycheck no matter how it goes. \r \r Anyway hopefully you'll get a response or a better opportunity soon. A really effective way to get instant feedback is to ask for it right at the end of the interview. Usually, at the end they will ask you if you have any questions. Ask them if they feel like your qualifications match up with what they are looking for and if they think you would be a good fit with the organization. You get instant feedback because almost nobody will expect this question coming so they will do 1 of 2 things. They will tell you that you are a fit if they think so. Or they will squirm, be obviously uncomfortable and try to come up with a nice way to get out of the question if they don't like you...And if they already like you, asking for that immediate feedback shows that you're serious and proactive. \r \r Good luck!
