Had the TV on in the background earlier and heard what sounded like metal clanking, pretty cool sound effects, and things exploding....so I looked, grabbed the remote, hit rewind for a few seconds, and pressed play.  This is what I saw:

my cholesterol is pretty high too. When first checked, it was 254..pretty high for a guy in his mid 30's. Lately, I've fallen off of the excercise wagon, and the healthy diet wagon... But I'm recommitted to working hard in both areas. So, I'n on the chicken and fish plan too.. Don't forget your fiber! I try to eat oatmeal and snack on apples and carrots throughout the day.

COD4 is the best COD game to be released. It's well deserving of all the accolades it has received. If u've played 2 and 3, i hope you're not being a puss and playing it on easy. Crank that thing up to Vets man! It's not COD until you've cranked it up! :)

I'm with you Wolves. I picked COD4 up about two weeks ago, and am loving it. This is the first of the series for me, and all is solid so far. Granted, up on Vet difficulity, I'm getting my ass handed to me routinely, but it's all good. :) B.

Bathing with the fishes sounds good to me. Congrats about getting off the 'rat poison'. Just be careful with the aspirin, it can cause some bad side effects. As for exercise, I would stay with the boxing. It has a better caloric burn rate than horse riding. Nice! Have to agree, boxing will definitely have a quicker impact on you ohysically, no pun intended! :D I'll go with the pond water. Our friend's house in France had a stream pool with a pump in it. That was the entire water source for the house! Cool!

a couple things to help with cholesterol.... red wine helps boost levels of good cholesterol.... in moderation... have a glass of red wine everyday with dinner. Grape juice isn't the same. Also, wilderz is right, fiber. Fiber is our friend! lol. flax seed in any of its combinations is supposed to help lower bad cholesterol levels.
