True story:

8:15 this morning..

 

Veteran teacher: Here's teh orchestra room

Kid with trumpet case in hand: But I'm not in orchestra. I'm in band.

Veteran teacher to me: Do band instruments go here too?

Me: No... they go in the band room.

*facepalm*

Thanks to all my xbox and 2o2p friends who were kind enough to wish me a happy first day. I hope your kids/spouses/selves did too.

I once had a prank pulled on me my frst year in the Marines. I was told to ask for a I D 10 T Form. After about a whole day of being sent around Camp Lejune someone wrote down that form number on a piece of paper. When you look at it it spells IDIOT. I was looking all day for an idiot form. DOH!!!!
