Cue the carnage and by the time we had sussed out positioning and strats we were down by about 10 with the game finishing about 40 to 29. ;; The next game we selected was CTF and although fast and furious and my live connection failing, which dropped me from the game, the rest of my team managed to hold for the draw. ;; The final game which we had to win for a draw was Hamburger hill. ;; The setup for this was funny as hell as noone knew how to set it up to accumulate time initially. ;; After 2 quick matches of this gametype we were sent back to lobby with a WTF being banded about as nobody really understood why the game ended so quickly. ;; After the second game came the comment of the evening for me from DManton300 of our team. ;; Quote "could you imagine if this was Iraq 1991and the Iraq soldiers were trying to push forward. ;; One of our officers would probably shout out "Will you guys just fuck off a minute, were trying to set the gametype up here". ;; This had ;;us in hysterics for a while and was a pity the 3rd game started as we got well and truely creamed in this one as we went down about 300 - 183 or something. ;;
Overall they were good games with good people and we had a laugh which is, in my opinion, what gaming is all about. ;; My thanks go out to my team for putting up a brave performance - go on shoot me, craigwales06, dmanton300, arklightning and Macca360 and thank also to Goblue17 and team USA 1 for some great laughs and complete ownage.
