The Good and the Bad

Ah, the ups and downs of a single day. Today we celebrated my son's 4th birthday. We had a party at a local place that has a big...... tree house is the description that comes to mind. It was a lot of fun, he and his friends all had a blast. At the end they were all tired, filled with cake and all is good... Well that is the good part. We then follow it up with the Kentucky-Florida game (wife went to Kentucky) well they lost, made a good showing but that doesn't count. Then I see the Texas Tech - Mizzu score, damn Tech got spanked. Now I end the day with Illinois laying another egg (oh the mistakes they made) and lose to an injured Michigan team. Oh the torture I am going to take next week at work. Luckily, I didn't talk it up, I may escape with only receiving a mild ration of crap. Now we got Ball State next week, man those MAC teams make me nervous. We need one more win to be bowl eligible. Then I will call it a successfull season.
