What makes you think I want to buy your crap??

Well, its been a while since I stunk up the blog zone with my prattle, but that doesn't mean I don't check out others blog posts daily  to see what is transpiring in  the 2old2play multiverse. Today  I see the infamous multiple  "no pic" icons in the top seven blog posts. Yet again, another spamshit has slithered up out of the muck of the interswamp to hawk knock off purses, shoes or other assorted sweatshop tripe clevelrly hidden amongst rambling blocks of text copy pasted from other sources.  So I ask this; does anyone actually buy this stuff when it's posted here?

I don't know if its possible, but maybe when a person signs up to this site, they have a probationary period before they can post a blog or maybe, their first couple of blog posts are reviewed by a moderator (not edited, just reviewed) to see if they are an actual blog post or spam before they are allowed to go through. Or, the person has to provide a working email address so everyone can send them jpegs of gaping assholes -just a thought.

What else?  Nothing much. Dance of Dragons came out this week and I'm reading that right now.  If anyone is a Game of Thrones fan and hasn't picked up the book yet, I won't spoil it for you, but I will say it's not a direct sequel to book four, A Feast of Crows. Geroge Martin describes it as a continuation of Crows with the focus on those characters and story lines not addressed in Crows. He mentions that his next book will bring Feast of Crows and Dance of Dragons together. I hope it doesn't take him five years to write the next one. If your only exposure to Game of Thrones was the HBO series, the books are worth checking out  - if you like to read. They are a bit lengthy.

Gaming. Still playing Black Ops and trying to slog through the whole prestige thing. I haven't done it before and I'm not sure if I will reach the top prestige before MW3 comes out and BLOPs gets kicked to the curb.  There are several people in the clan who have reached level 50 - 15th presige but I just don't have the spare time or patience to sit there hour after hour playing online. I'm also becoming more annoyed with the online players I run into when playing public matches. It would be refreshing to hear something other than negative trash talk or the same tired insults.  I do enjoy getting together with fellow clan memebers and playing as a team though. It makes all the difference and more times than not, we come out on top.

I picked up Borderlands GOTY edition and I know, I'm late to the party.  I wish I had picked this up when it first came out. I really llike the game and the add ons. I just finished the Claptrap robolution add on and now I'm trying to collect oil cans and pizzas for the achievement. I also need to level up a little bit more before I go back and try to kill crawermax. Right now, he's killing me almost as soon as I step off the platform.

Well, thats it for now.

Also picked up Borderlands late. I regret not getting the GOTY ed. I had no idea I'd spend 60 hours on this game. Definitely worth my $15.
