Positive Reinforcement

I posted once about the funniest joke ever, but "forgetting" that joke was the punchline and it wasn't great.

This joke is better, I question if I subconciously stole it from somewhere, it is that good.  Here goes.

Scientists have uncovered evidence that the human soul is located in the prostate.  This is agreeable with my sensibilities because the prostate contains a milky or white liquid which is how i envision the soul.  But this has other implications,             A. Women don't have souls,                   B. It doesn't take James Brown to figure out how to give them a little soul,                                    C. It puts a real confusing spin on prostate cancer.

Am I missing any obviousness here?  Is there a real double ended zinger that would offer a bigger laugh?  I thought the idea of soul food was pretty tacky, but a joke like this is already sticky.
