April Fools

Quick one today.....

Google has a note about a scientific breakthrough called CADIE, a high-tech buzzword packed artificial intelligence system that just went live, and will vastly enhance the effectiveness of Google. Call me paranoid but before the end of the day I have a feeling CADIE is going to become self-aware in the style of Skynet, HAL, or Agent Smith.

I was very impressed with Google's April Fools gag 2 years ago, involving free broadband internet.... through your toilet? They had a lot of people going - apparently even though the idea was too good to be true (and a little weird), nobody questioned the idea that sewage systems were a capacitor for high speed connections.
