Bank of America can die a slow, painful death. Years ago they charged me an overdraft fee on an overdraft fee.
Long story short I realized I was going negative and put money in. Bad money went through first making me negative. Then my deposit made me positive. Then the overdraft fee made me negative. Then a second overdraft fee made me more negative.
Fuck them. Needless to say I don't bank there anymore.
buckeye, BOA's biggest problem is that they are too big for their own good. There are too many customer service people, nobody communicates with each other. I've been dealing with an issue that should have been simple to resolve, but there has been no resolution and I've spent literally hours on the phone with their Indian reps for months; every time I think the problems are resolved I end up back at square 1. Everything is automated which renders customer service useless.

We had our original loan through Countrywide, which was then taken over by BofA. We did a re-fi last fall and it made me happy to be rid of them.
Then, before I even got the first new mortgage statement, I got a letter from BofA saying that our new loan had been sold to them.
Fuck!
Dont get me started on BOA! After taking 44 billion from our pockets they have done nothing but shit on me no actually they took me and dropped me in a porta-john sitting next to a taco stand outside a home depo needless to say I'm neck deep in tamali shit and no one uses toilet paper... fuck them...
