The true story of Timmy and Poop Dick

This story has been widely discussed locally here in southern New Hampshire, and seems it's also made national headlines (I've seen mentions all over Twitter and an article on TheSmokingGun).

11 years after the shooting at Columbine High School bullying is alive and well. A month or two ago, a teenage girl committed suicide in western Massachusetts to escape bullying in school. Last week, a 14 year old freshman with learning disabilities was coerced into getting a tattoo in Concord, NH.

A group of Timmies frequently tormented the freshman, who was unpopular and known to be borderline disabled. A couple of the Timmies told him that if he agreed to get a tattoo, they would stop bothering him. If he refused, they would beat the shit out of him, pin him down, and force him to get the tattoo. Given the options he elected to get the tattoo.

The tattoo on his ass is a drawing of a penis over the words "POOP DICK." The bullying didn't stop, and his new nickname in school (he was previously referred to in school as "Spider Man") is Poop Dick. A teacher overheard some chatter about the tattoo and notified school officials. In the last week, numerous local teens were arrested and the boy's parents have removed him from school to ease the unrelenting humiliation; they are raising funds to have the tattoo removed.

Thanks to the local media's extensive attention to this story and identification of the boy's parents, even if the tattoo is removed this boy is branded as Poop Dick. His parents may enroll him in any school in New Hampshire, and on the first day of class at least one student will ask to see the Poop Dick tattoo. He is a freshman now - he has three more years to endure this.

The teens responsible are the same idiots you hear in a public lobby playing MW2. I would say they are the future of our country, but I'm optimistic they're the minority and only the future of fast food service. I'm not trying to soapbox; I'll even admit that I can't offer a solution, since school administrators have unsuccessfully fought bullying since Columbine (and even years prior to that).
