3 Days away from figuring I need a carrer change.

On the 20th, I have my corporate boss and the corp. saftey manager coming to inspect my store. I'm just stitching up the last few things to cover my ass. Working in Security is comething I've done for over a decade. I've worked in a prison; bars; Section 8 housing and Hotel Security; Armed Courier and Guard. I've also been a bounty hunterI've been in Loss Prevention for 4 years, a LP manager for 2 of that. A few years ago, I took several classes at a community college for Graphic Design. I've got a history of art classes spanning back to Jr. High. I can take a picture of a family and draw it to look as realistic as the picture does in pencil. I blew thru my courses because programs like Photoshop just come naturally to me. I have no real complaints about my current job, well maybe a couple. But my next door neighbor is trying to get my wife a job in tech support and web design. This sounds verry interesting to me. The two guys who created this division have no management skills, I do. If I get in close enough to the ground floor I can rise quickly. My only concern is how I work with my wife. Dunno what to do or how to do it.....
