Quick Teri Update and Clan Match Tonight

Teri wil be having surgery this coming Monday. The surgery on monday will (sorry for spelling errors):

Re-attach her hamstring to the bone

Re-attach one ligament (sorry cannot remember the exact name of each ligament) to the bone. This one did not tear or rupture, when it pulled away it took some of the bone with it. The Dr. said this is better than having the lig tear or rupture....Uh..really?

Verify if another lig is holding on properly or if something funky is going on.

Make a complete assesment of the knee.

This will not be orthoscopic (sp?) An 8 inch cut on the outside of her left knee to do this surgery. The Dr. we are using has done almost all of the knee dislocation repairs and fixes (in souther california, and other locations) to other knee dislocation screw ups that other Dr.s have tried to do and screwed things up.

If after Teri has healed properly and has good strength in her knee, then we may do the ACL replacement surgery at a later time. The Dr. said this might not be necessary due to the fact Teri does not do a lot of activities that require quick cutting movements.

We shall see. She is a little freaked out, but this Dr. is really, really, good. So we have lined up everything that we can to produce the best possible outcome. Keep your fingers and toes crossed.

Profanity will be engaging the Wheezin Geezers (how ever you spell it) in a Clan match tonight IN H3. I anticipate a lot of tea bagging, good natured shit talking, and a ton of shenanigins going on So...
