Update 12568 on Teri..

Ha...Just thought you guys might be getting a little bored with the posts...But here is another one anyway.

Yesterday was the surgery and everything went well (in fact at this momment 1:02pm pst, She is on her way home). She stayed over night due to a drain that they had in her leg.

Here is what they were able to do, re-attach the hamstring, re-attach one of the ligaments back to the bone. But they were not able to re-attach the pcl and the acl. So.....in 6 to 10 weeks they will do another surger to replace the acl and pcl.

Yippee....not..Oh well. What ever it takes to make her as good as possible...

We did get this cool piece of equipment to bring home. It is made by Donjoy and it is called a cold therapy unit. Basically it is a cooler with a water pump inside that circulates cold water out from the cooler through some tubing to a cooling pad that is around her knee..

I got to thinking, hell I can use that when my knee is bugging me, and....using it as a beer bottle cooler. Just form the pad up in the diameter of a beer bottle and blam!!!! Cold (40 degrees F) water circulated around a beer bottle!!!!

Briliant!!!
