Hallmark Holiday

OK first off this is a rant,  My opinion regarding Valentines day. When I was younger this day was either to be a raging success or another reason to feel like a piece of crap because i was in between boyfriends,..... As I got older and found my self in relationships I often came upon this day with mixed feelings as well.  Now that I am  a mom of 3 a wifey figure I loathe this day  ((( rant beginning)))

 First off one of several things will happen, You will receive the "flowers" from the poor schmuck that over paid for half dead flowers.

Second you may get Jewelry well sounds good doesn't it.. NO IT DOES NOT.. lol in most cases you can not afford it!!!! they won't "love" it but will wear it because they feel they have to !! and in fact the wife at some point or atleast in my case does the fiances and will see what you paid , and in inside.... deep inside.... will call you an ass and be pissed...never actually saying anything because we know you MEANT WELL .

Also the dinner... love the dinner.. a somewhat good attempt at some time together however every other couple is thinking the same thing.. lines.... expectations.... and lousy waitress tired,... and wishing she had a man or she was home with her MAN! lol

So in conclusion for me Valentines days is a dud!!  ((( for me))))YOU WANT TO  see me thrilled and feeling loved..   Take the kids ice skating or to a movie.... so I can have a bit of "me " time lol

Nothing says loving more than sunday morning  with the paper in bed coffee and .. a bagel and no screaming kids!!!! Surprise me and actually put back the seventy five games left on the floor,... rock band drums....beer cans.... find  home for. 

And not on the day you feel you should but randomly!!!!

We don't have money for elaborate things... I dont need a box of chocolates OHHHH WAITTTT maybe godiva mixed box .. those are fantastic lol but see i would be a lil pissy knowing he spent 30 on a box of chocolates,,,

See don't get me wrong i know  its MY fault..   I say do some dishes and you WILL get lucky bring me home flowers chances are I will be to tired lmfao!

getting old and slowly getting poor sucks for romance lmfao!!!!!!
