Moving to NYC!

Hey all. I recently took a job with a company in New York City. Being that I am American by birth, Southern by the grace of God, I am looking forward to the many nuances in life that the city and all of those "Yankees" (not the baseball team) have to offer. My wife and I decided to move up just for fun for a few years before we settle down and have kids.

I figured the best way for me to chronicle my adventures would be with a blog, but I wanted to create my own site just so I wouldn't be restricted with what I could do with it. So, I have posted a couple of entries and will be posting on a more daily basis once I get to NYC, but wanted to relate some of the things we are going through now, like selling the house we currently own and moving in general.
