T2 perks Blops my opinions

harden. while not as flashy as some of the other perks it does come in handy, and the pro is really nice given that flinch can cause you to lose some of those face to face gun fights. this is not a must have but its easy to unlock, and you start with the base perk. I like to have it on my LMG classes so I can blow through walls and such with ease.

scout.... now this is a tricky one... I think the pro is well its , um... it can save you but I doubt it will very often.. but the ability to hold your breath longer if you run with a sniper scope is great, it has let me take out 2 and 3 targets back to back where I would have lost my breath before and went all bouncy and not able to hit anything... but if you are a quick scoper this may not help you at all, and if you dont snipe it sure wont help you.. more on sniping in another post.

steady aim... this one I am not sold on.. I have tried this with a few guns and I just do not see a huge change in my from the hip shooting. and the pro is also just kind of so so.. IMO this one just is not worth it.

slight of hand... this one is nice, and the pro is really nice if you like to aim down sights in most of your fights... the pro is not hard to unlock and if you match it up with scavenger you will unlock both rather fast, it even works with the duel mag option to give you one almost instant reload.. I also like this with the launchers or the Xbow if you are running them, so I make room for this in one of my heavy weapons classes.

warlord!!! love this, unlock pro as soon as I can... I like to run ext mags and silencer often as well as ext mags and a sight, or a sight and silencer, and and and... pro is not too bad to unlock, sometimes the nade kills can take some time given a little luck on the multi kill.. but having extra nades in this game can really make a difference.. this one also helps with unlocking anything else that is based on nade use.
