T3 blops perks my opinions

Tac Mask... in its base form this one is ok, but nothing grand.. if you spend the time to get pro, this becomes a much better perk, one of the few that the pro makes such a big difference... the ability to almost ignore flash bangs is super, esp your own. one of the things I hate about using flash bangs is I flash myself as often as I flash the enemy. flash bangs will still change your screen a little but not enough to stop you from killing anyone, and because of the power of flash bangs and the overall hatred of being flashed this perk can make the other team want to pull out their hair.

marathon... I don't care much for this ability as I tend not to run that much, I could see where unlimited running with the pro version would come in handy esp on the flag based games. but for my play style I find other perks way better.

ninja... now this can come in handy but it comes in best if you run around more than crouch and I am a croucher, I try to stay low when I move, if I am running I am doing so in an area where sound is not the deciding factor for being caught. but if you want to avoid detection this might just be your perk of choice.

second chance... one of the "WTF" perks.. this can piss off so many people if you are good at pistol kills. and once you have pro, if you run with some people that will save you, this ability just became gold. take a few guys and everyone run this and stick near each other and now you have just become 10 times harder to kill.

hacker... now you can look at this one a few ways.. it lets you avoid claymores, it lets you shoot them through the wall ( required for hardened ) but it also gives you a huge red marker of where you might want to go kill some camping SOB, I use it as almost a second spy plane. once you have the pro of this (and that takes some time to get all the kills) it makes you even more unseen... I like to run this with ghost pro so that I can be invisible to all electronics. the side effect to hacking crates is rather funny when it works.. ( for those that don't know what happens is you open the crate and get the item but then the box changes color for your team and if anyone on the other team tries to open it it explodes. )
