2o2p iPhone app preview

Here's a preview of what I have been working on. Someone in the Off Topic forum suggested a 2o2p iPhone app. I need the iPhone dev practice so I am working on it.

For now it will be view only. You will not be able to comment on blogs and articles. DSmooth told me the site's authentication is going to change with V3.0 so I am going to wait until those changes are done to add that ability.

I have News implemented. The first series of screenshots are examples of drilling down through the news. When you click the View Article button on the last page it will open the article in Safari. You can see the issue I am having with blogs. I am resizing the avatars as the Apple docs say but it isn't working. Doing an internet search apparently it is an issue with the table view. So until I find a solution to that there will not be avatars.

I asked DSmooth if I can get the article contents and blog contents. While they can be viewed in Safari the small screen makes it tough. However, with V3 of 2o2p it is suppose to be mobile friendly. I also asked if he can add a NSFW flag to the blog xml feeds. The program will have a setting so you can filter out NSFW articles. I know many people's iPhones are work phones.

Some people have suggested I make it a paid app. I am going to keep it free. However, I will see if I can put in a donate button on the first page along with an ad banner. Any proceeds from ads would go towards 2o2p charity events like Pwnathons.
