Bad at keeping secrets

I'm very excited about my plans to start Uni next year. I just wish it wasn't so far away, although if it wasn't, I probably wouldn't be able to afford to go - and that's still a little up in the air.

I suck at keeping it secret. I've not told my manager about it, just in case things get hairy on the job front, I don't want to give them any excuses to let me go if they need to shed weight. That said, it's not likely, as the other engineer covering Edinburgh with me - the French guy who gets on my nerves, is transferring back to his original contract from Monday, which means I'll be covering Edinburgh on my own. Tough, but not impossible.

Still feeling a little fed up, and more than once I've almost caught myself exclaiming that I'm gad I'll only be here another year, or something along those lines. I'll need to watch what I say.
