The Quality Systems Analyst II will be responsible for the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of hardware and software systems with respect to the management of QTO Systems applications. This individual will also be able to execute and monitor a project plan, communicate and gain agreement for project changes, assure on-time/on-budget project deliverables, ensure that existing systems comply with regulations, procedures and policies, coordinate change control for patches and enhancements to systems software and hardware.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree
2 - 4 years experience in an FDA regulated environment
1+ years of experience developing Crystal Reports
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Access
1+ years of experience with the execution and/or the development of validation protocols for commercial off the shelf software

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong and effective organization, communication, writing skills
Ability to work under general supervision
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience with any of the following systems; Plateau, TrackWise, SmartCAPA, Gage Insight, OnDemand, CATSWeb
Experience with any of the following technologies; XML, webservices, ASP, IIS, Weblogic 9.0, Oracle 10g
