Rrecently, I discovered that Cheeze-It's started making it's own canned cheese product and it's really good (the White Cheddar, particularly) but that find intrigued me to dig a little deeper.  I've researched the stuff, and here's what I found that is currently available:

Easy/EZ Cheese - The processed cheese by Nabisco/Kraft (also, inexplicably called Cheese Whiz quite often, although that's a whole different product)
* American Cheese
* Mild Cheddar
* Sharp Cheddar
* Swiss
* Nacho
* Bacon & Cheddar
* Cream Cheese

Cheez-It - The processed cheese by Kellogs/Sunshine (my personal favorite)
* Sunshine Cheez-It Cheddar
* Sunshine Cheez-It White Cheddar

Party Cheese - The processed cheese by Berner Foods
* American
* Cheddar
* Sharp Cheddar
* Nacho

There was a great article in Wired magazine last year about what is actually in spray on cheese.  I found that the article is still available on Wired.com HERE.

Thanks a lot for sharing. You have done a brilliant job. Your article is truly relevant to my study at this moment, and I am really happy I discovered your website. However, I would like to see more details about this topic. I'm going to keep coming back here.

Yes but Tait, what are the ingredients?

@ CapnHun - read the Wired.com report that I posted a link to to see what they really are. You can read the manufacturer's pages for the listed ingrediants, but the Wired.com article gives a better (and more creepy) breakdown
