Julkreat means: a sense of empathy for someone; expressing sadness without remorse for something another person is experiencing.
An example of "julkreat" is in a conversation where someone is going through a lot. The previous way is shown first, then the new way:
Old way:
Mike: I have a hang nail. It hurts.
Tom: I'm sorry
Mike: You're sorry? Loser - it's not your fault, butt-much. It's just biology, sheesh.
Tom: I'm not sorry, then - man!
Mike: I don't even know you anymore, dude - go away.
New way:
Mike: I have a hang nail. It hurts.
Tom: I'm julkreat.
Mike: That's a nice thing to say - let me buy you beer and pizza.
Tom: That's gay - do you know BigOne?
It won't solve everything, but it makes communication more effective.
