Reactionary?

I'm not going to comment on or discuss the specific comments that Jesse Jackson made about cutting Obama's "nuts off" - I'm just raising a question to think about in the privacy of your own head:  would the reaction have been different or the same if a different pastor made the comments, like Billy Graham?  Or if it had been Hillary Clinton or John McCain making the comments?  Are we living in a hypocritical, denial of responsibility society?

You can read more about the comments made on CNN at:  http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/07/10/jesse.jackson/index.html

Food for thought.

I'm sure they all say things just like that about each other, he just forgot to turn off his mic.

I love it when two people I dislike can't get along with each other. Check out Jr.'s comments about the Rev... his own son can't even stand being related to him!

I guess what is sad is that Jackson can't say, "Of course I feel that way, that's why I said it" .
