Hey there. I'm new to the site, so I wanted to write an intro.


I received an XBox 360 as a Christmas present, and I haven't looked back since. Gears of War 2, Oblivion, MK vs. DCU, and Project Gotham Racing 4 dominate my game time. If I play public, it's Gears 2. Currently I'm looking for a clan that is willing to allow me to learn a bit more, seeing as I'm only just now starting to play live. I've posted some gameplay video to YouTube. Most of it is against bots, but if you want to check it out look here: Invalid YouTube URL As I get a bit more comfortable here at 2old2play.com, I'll post some other videos.


When I'm not gaming, I'm a fundraiser for a major research university. I also love to read and write. And of course my family--twin boys, and a baby girl on the way--are a big part of my life. Secretly, I think my wife REALLY wants to become a gamer, and occasionally I try to get her to play "real" games with me (rather than that stuff on the Wii).


I'm glad to be here, and I'm looking forward to meeting more older gamers like me.
