Been a Long Time

Hello folks, long time no see, hear or play. As some of you may know, I recently got married to the fiance and partner of 7 years, hence the reason for my MIA status since the February. Since they always say "pictures or it didn't happen" here is a photo of myself and my new wife on the beach in Viriginia where we got hitched.

As you can tell, I married up considerably and know this, so keep the jokes to a minimum if you don't mind folks.

Also, I did finally get my Multi-Williams Arcade Project completed shortly before PAXEast back in March and wanted to post a pic of the finished product. This cab includes most of the top Williams arcade games from the 80s such as Joust, Robotron, Defender, Stargate and Bubbles. The one glaring ommision is Moon Patrol. I cut, sanded, drilled and outfitted the control panel myself and am pretty proud of the result. So if you are ever in the Boston area, give me a shout and stop by to check out this and the other games in my arcade.

Now that all the wedding planning is behind me, I FINALLY picked up a copy of Skyrim and hope to start getting into that this weekend. As luck woudl have it, the Collector's Edition of the Game went on sale this week for $59 at Best Buy, so in addition to the game, I also scored this sweet dragon statue to add to the gameroom decor. I also scored a CE copy of TRON Evolution with the light cycle model at GS for $29 so it has been a pretty good week for snagginig older releases.
