MASSIVE TRON Legacy Flynn Lives Update From SDCC and the Web

It has been a while since I posted about the Flynn Lives viral campaign for the new TRON Legacy film coming out this Holiday Season. Well, there has been a ton of activity leading up to and in conjunction with the San Diego ComicCon. All of which came to a head today as a new trailer was released for the movie.

This trailer was debuted during the TRON Legacy panel at SDCC but also viewable online if you were able to solve the puzzle over at the Flynn Lives Identity Raid web page. This page displayed a countdown that concluded around 2:30 pm Eastern today. Once the countdown ran out, the two white blips on either side of the power switch appeared, leading to various still photos from the upcoming movie. By studying and manipulating the photos, you could discern the correct sequence to open the link to the trailer and earn the Idenity Raid badge over at Flynn Lives.

While this was all going on in the virtual world, a real-time scavenger hunt with clues coming from the Operation TRON Twitter feed was occurring at SDCC. Those who successfully located the drop locations for this hunt were awarded with a TRON Identiy Disc, flash drive and bracelets that will grant them access into the updated Flynn's Arcade in San Diego
