E3 Sony

Well Sony. I have to say that by far was one of the longest press conferences I have sat thru. Any who on to what I think of your conference. I will start with the PS MOVE, so far I'm liking what I'm seeing although now I’m starting to see the light on your product. The move may serve as a better tool than Kinect but right now time will tell on whether you or MS hit the spot with the casual market and whether you can take it away from Nintendo. I will mention that it got quite annoying on how you kept shoving MOVE down my throat I almost felt the same way when MS did it but it didn't bother me as much as you did it. As for 3D gaming I actually look forward to seeing some titles that run full 3D and hope that they are actually worth playing on 3D and not just a gimmick I just wish there was a way to do 3D without having to spend extra for the glasses due to the fact that in my house I would have to buy 4 pairs and they are not cheap. Kevin Butler, you are always a funny man and that hasn't changed in my mind as of yet. One point I need to make to you Sony is that you should just go ahead and start working on the next iteration is the PSP. Its' been what, 5 years since we've had your console and really there hasn't been any real changes or anything in sight that really screams play me. I currently homebrewed my PSP and enjoy the usage of your product that way (we won't go down that lane). But I think its time to put some development time into the next iteration and just hold on your current instead of the continuous hype of the PSP and the lack of games currently on that platform. I won't even start to comment on your subscription service for now until I see more details but right now it looks like you pretty much ripping off what MS has done. As for the games, It's about time GT5 is releasing, LBP2 is shaping up to be a nice title that can do more than what is expected, Killzone 3 looks great so far, finally a Twisted Metal, PSP God of War and Portal 2 are both on my list. All in all Sony I have to say you didn't put on a bad show. It was long winded to me but I digress. I want to see what you show in the following months and hopefully you'll give more of a reason not to use my PS3 as a Blu-Ray Player/Netflix viewer and more time gaming on it.
