Another Comic expo has come and gone here and my feet are still kind of recovering. The Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo was a blast this year. While it might have been missing some of the draw that it had last year it far exceeded last years in terms of planning. Not a really exciting thing but when you try to shove 50,000 people into a hall all huddled around to meet the nine principle members of Star Trek:TNG and Stan Lee and still sell tickets at the door it becomes a mess fast.
This is for anyone who is thinking of giving Diablo3 another go. I have plenty of items in my stash and can easily obtain more to help outfit anyone for Inferno difficulty. I can help get people through key runs, uber runs, or just straight up finishing Inferno. You can message me if you have any questions about what I can help with.
Saturday the family and I went to see the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge near Lake Erie. That was a really neat park. Not too far from home, either.
We saw 4 snakes that day. Just plain Ohio water snakes, but still pretty cool. The first two were sunning themselves on branches above the water, and dropped in as we got close. The third must have been enjoying the sun too much, because he wouldn't drop in no matter how close we got. Here he is:
Figured I would update those that are interested. Diet has been going pretty good. I had two days that I cheated a little but that's okay. I am feeling better and that's what's important. In the past, I tried to starve myself and that didn't work. I saw some immediate results but it didn't last. This time I am taking it a little easier. I have been exercising. I have been walking and riding the stationary bike. My bike is in the shop getting "tuned up." As far as the donations for the diabetes ride I am participating in, all I can say about that is WOW! You guys are awesome.
