Glad to see the few of you that showed up at PAX East this weekend. Good times. Although I thought the even was "so so" in terms of too many people and too few exhibits, meeting up for drinks on Saturday night was more my style. Having a media pass and free roam of the building was cool too.
Stupid people that lined up at 10AM to see Will Wheaton's Keynote... I watched it online in the comfort of my own desk this morning. New Media FTW.

We’re hooked on yet another casual game from Popcap, this time it is Zuma’s Revenge! Perhaps not as addicting as the original Peggle was, the challenge factor and game design keeps bringing us back for more. Those who have played the original Zuma, as we did on our Xbox 360, will find themselves right at home with the sequel.

Why is it someone goes and creates a very awesome game with lots of neat features and smooth storyline and then they go fuck it up with god damned zombies. Is that the only way to make a story arc in todays world? "Um, this human here is kinda wimpy as a protagonist, what if we...hmm, let's bring in some zombies out of nowhere and that will really tie up the story line."

Hey folks, as a few of you may know I create a five-day video show called Common Man Cocktails. I was notified by Howcast.com that I should enter their contest to try to get #1 and win some money and a bunch of exposure for my show. The voting ends around August 24th and I'm trying to find as many folks as I can to help me beat down the other video competition (some okay, some awful) -- I want #1 (but I'd be happy in the top-10.
