Yeah, apparently the fire dept. takes it seriously when you jerk off getting outside during an alarm. I believe Dsmooth and I got out in time to not die had it been a real drill, but it took our folks like 4-minutes to get outside. Some strolled out after 9-minutes like it was a party.

Wow, what a long two days. From East coast to West cost to East cost again with a 7-hour interview in between. Still very tired (mentally and physically).

After a redeye and a couple hours at home resting i think its time to crack open the coffee.

Well, I've not found any rice yet, but here I am. What a shitty flight. Got stuck in Philly in a line of 24 airplanes. Luckily, after about 40 minutes they let us go "early" because of the long 5.5 hour flight to San Fran.

Now I've got a day to spend here before doing it all over again! Yay!

I think I saw the bay bridge on the way over here. That's about my site seeing for the moment.

So I lost my T-Mobile Blackberry Pearl this morning. I knew I brought it home from work but I couldn't find it. So I decided, of course, to call it! I heard no ring.

This was odd. I knew I had it at home, so I figured I must have fallen off my waist in the car. So I go down into the basement, and into my garage. I see a crack of light in the garage, which itself is unusual. The garage door didn't close properly--not uncommon with my damn garage door, always flipping out because a speck of dust is under it so the little detector makes the door go up again.

For those that are fans of PopCaps casual games, you'll be happy to know that later this month another title will arrive, known as Venice. They won't let me tell too much except that its "fun and different."
