Mothers day was okay. My errant child did not email or make any attempt at contact...which wasn't as disturbing as it should have been. And the favoured son sent a nice card with Rodeo tickets. Huh? Rodeo? Okay, he won them for a Rodeo in Lindsay but he lives in Hamilton...so he figures I'm a lot closer and thus....at the end of the month I am going to a Rodeo. Yee-ummmm-haw?

I finished Final Fantasy 13 last weekend. I don't think I ever warmed up to it. It isn't that its a bad game...just not my kind of game. The end boss fight...or should I say fights wasn't as tough as I thought. I used my favourites Lighting, Fang and Hope. I set Lighting as Balanced, Fang as Offensive (hope she didn't take that personally) and Hope as defensive and it was fast and furious and...over. I am not sure about the ending either. It was kinda flat but okay.

I finished Final Fantasy 13 last weekend. I don't think I ever warmed up to it. It isn't that its a bad game...just not my kind of game. I still haven't finished Final Fantasy 13. I found the Archytte Steppe - Central Expanse to be quite pretty. I didn't spend as much time as likely I should have here, killing off the variety of creatures. To tell the truth I sort of liked the animals and watching them. So, I didn't kill any of the large elephant/lizardy things. They sort of reminded me of Star Wars. They have broken chains on them so perhaps creatures of burden at some time in their lives. Who knows - its not like Fang or Vanille EVER have anything constructive or informative to say on the matter.

Its another Friday and time for an all gamer all nighter....and....it gets better....I have chocolate left over from Easter to keep the happy buzz going while I kill things....
