Recently I starting seeing these odd, alternate universe kind of advertisements for a new show from HBO. They reminded me very much of Starship Troopers - treating the audience as if their world was our world.

Well,  Wachovia posted a major loss for last quarter. 

They are cutting 10,000 jobs.  Mostly in the loan departments.

My husband's may be one of them.

If it is.  Then my gaming life is over for a bit.  At least until he got another job.

The internet costs us $120 dollars a month.  Our gaming habits cost us another $100 a month, plus the cost of maintaining 4 tags. 

Throw up some prayers.  This will totally suck, but if Todd's job is gone....  money will be severely tight and gaming will have to be put on hold.

My cousin's 16th birthday party - not the real party, the "family" one.  I still gave him a lot of crap.  Snuck his phone and changed the wallpaper to a close up photo of the chicken for our tacos - looked like dog food.  Texted some girl named Katie Farmer - who now thinks that C3 has a bit of a crush.   :twisted:  He dropped some F bombs.  I asked him if his face hurt - you know, where he tore his ear off in a bike accident a few days ago - then thumped his cheek.  Sang 16 candles to him and made him listen to Classic Rock.  Good times.  He loved it all.  It's nice to be so close to all o

I read this and all I could think of was Civilzation:Revolution.  Rich fish and underwater resources.  They better rush some military unit production to go snag that territory!

My Elite Xbox (named Dark Knight - dammit) got the S.R.L.T.I.C (SINGLE RED LIGHT THAT ISN'T COVERED.). Coffin inbound, $100 already held on my damn card. See you in 6 weeks unless I can convince my son that Mommy needs his Xbox more than him.
