I don't know about anyone else but I'm playing the Dark Brotherhood questline now and the last quest had me in a house with 5 others who I had to kill. I spoke to all of them and got their dispositions up so they would be more agreeable to talking to me. I felt bad that I had to kill them, I would have felt better about it if at some point they would have revealed a deep dark secret which is the reason they are a target for assasination. Too bad there wasn't a way out of it.

I actually felt like playing the other day.  I played Oblivion for a couple hours.  It was nice to be distracted for a bit from the obligations I have dealing with my brothers death.  I have now had to handle the aftermath of two deaths in my family (mom when I was 22 and now my older brother).  Thank goodness I learned early to deal with bad things without falling apart.  Having parents who divorced when I was 3 in 1968, before divorce was "popular".  My mom was treated like crap by her family for years because they didnt approve of divorce.  She didnt deserve that ki

It has been a long couple weeks plus for me with my brothers progressing illness and eventual passing last week.  Today I took a day to not think about it.  I had been wanting to see Silent hill.  I played the first three games of the series and have been looking forward to this movie.

My brother passed away due to liver failure Saturday (5/6/06) at 11:45pm.  I was with him at the time, along with his roommate. our Uncle and several of his friends.  Of course there were several there in spirit that couldnt be there physically. 

My brother has been released from the hospital and placed on Hospice.  His liver has failed and it is only a matter of time until he succombs.  It was very hard having to tell him what is happening.  One of the hardest things I have every had to do. 

I did get to distract myself with some Oblivion on Sunday.  Im tired and emotionally exhausted at the moment, so this is a short entry.

A week ago Monday, I took my brother to the ER.  He was admitted.  By Thursday morning, things were looking really bad and I have been spending all my time at the hospital since.  I even had our dad and younger sister fly down from Washington state, just in case.  He got thru the weekend (Thank goodness).  His liver is failing or has failed basically.  This liver problem causes his abdomen to fill up with fluid and prevent him from eating not to mention being quite painful.  When I took him to the ER, they "tapped" him and got 5 liters (after having gotten 8 liters out on the previous Frida
