On the way in to work this morning on CNN, I heard a news story about a shooting that happened some time ago. The story is here www.cnn.com/2008/CRIME/03/19/driveway.shooting.ap/index.html (sorry I can't figure out how to set that link up properly) I'm not arguing or debating the issue, I have no opinion on who is right or wrong, mainly because I am certain the events of that night have been embellished by both parties, so who the hell knows what really happened?

I have been drinking absinthe all night and I feel as if I've had a nice, mellow buzz. Good stuff. I did not get f-ed up simply because I can't drink the shit fast enough.  But I like it so far.  I know this has just been burning up everyone's brain, as to how the absinthe would work out.  Don't know if I'd recommend it, based on this one experience, but at least I'm curious enough to try it again sometime.

For lunch today, I ate at the cafeteria across the street. They had some green vegetables in cheese, it was pretty good. I assumed they were green beans but I was proven wrong when I went to take a leak just now.  Holy hell, asparagus stanks. It's weird because it doesn't even smell like a normal, organic smell.  It smells like someone is burning PVC or something artificial like that.

My co-worker has recently gotten into the T.V. show House.  I like the show, I actually have the first two seasons on DVD but haven't watched them in their entirety.  Well this guy watches two episodes every night.  And then comes in the next day and explains the show in painful, nauseating detail.  And there's no way to rush this guy.  He acts like he's doing a dramatic reading. He psychoanalyzes the characters and tries to tell me how they're feeling.  He goes into backstory and recites dialogues word for word. 

I have to rant a bit. Big surprise eh?
