It prolly isn't well-known, but I belong to the Press and Writer's guild here on the site.  Oh, are we a guild?  Well, it sounds good.  It is a secret society that strives to make our front page more interesting, among other things.  There's actually a lot more to it, and we all have our jobs to do, but, until now, I have been an editor.  Sounds cool....editor.  Some of the things you see on the front page have been edited by me, some not.  But, I am trying to spread my wings a little, and try my hand at actually writing an article.  Oh, it's still a secret, and needs lots of work.  But I h

I stayed home for New Year's Eve.  I believe many of us did, for whatever reasons.  But, I had a great time!  One of the best I have had in years.   I acually almost made it to midnight.  I spent the evening in my "cave", with a nice white wine, playing magic with my guys.  It was kinda nice the way clannies just sorta dropped in to say happy new year while I was online.   We were all drinking and having fun....nice.  One of the things I say when I know I'm about to lose the game big time is...come and get me, baby!  And, well, I was told 2000 miles is a long way, but....  Oh man, that's th

I have to work today.  Blah!  Working only 2 days last week rocked!  Well, I am off tomorrow just cuz it is a holiday.  I have nothing planned for tonight or tomorrow.  That's just me.  I will likely be alone on the internet doing whatever I get to do.  Hubby will expect me to have a drink and the usual toast to each other again this year.  It's easier just to go along with that.  Tradition, ya know.  Enuf said.

Since I have decided to grow my hair, I thought I would find a pic of myself with the real deal.    This pic is scanned and a little damaged, but, you can see how long my hair used to be.  This is me when I was 18 holding my son at the age of 1 week.   Interesting......  I will never have that much hair again, but, I will see how long it gets.  At this age, it was almost to my waist.  You hafta wonder, where did the time go?????

I just checked one of my email accounts that I just sorta have for spam and other nonsense. I do give it out to friends, but, well, I don't check it that much. I found this from someone I haven't seen for over 20 years. Well, not true. I saw her on a cruise a few months ago. Nice.
