Month three was packed with revelations. I started playing social slayer nearly every game to practice killing without the distraction of an objective. The first major revelation was realizing how simple the spawning was on narrows. Being a small linear map made it very easy to pickup what was going on, now that i knew the map and wasn't so overwhelmed in every confrontation. This also gave me insight as to how very little the majority of players are even thinking about anything other than pulling a trigger.

Being new to halo, after the game being out for seven years, puts me behind the curve. Not only do i have to contend learning the game play, i have to learn how to use this damn controller. My last console was a sega genesis in the early nineties.
