Man this sounds like a fun idea. I'd be terrible at the Forza 4 part but it'd be good laughs I bet. I just don't own the game otherwise I'd paricipate for sure. I'll have to see if I can fit in the extra game purchase. We'll see.
Also that was really weird what was said early on in the thread. It may be a competition, but why would the Halo team need an extra boost in Forza, while the Forza people would play normal in Halo? Just odd. Plus if the Halo team won with the advantage in Forza, well then there could be talk of they wouldn't have done it otherwise, they needed that edge, etc. that would taint the whole thing. Let them use the same exact rules in Forza for both teams, and the same exact rules in Halo I say.
As an idea for some team gametypes in Halo: Team Rockets, Team Dodgeball (oddball but everyone has only grenade launchers), or if you want to be really mean Headshot Honcho (slayer with only DMRs, headshot = 2 points but Kill = -1 points).
I'll see if Forza 4 is cheap enough to consider joining. Unless I'm blind, it woulda been nice to have something like "Both Forza 4 and Halo: Reach required to participate at all" in the OP :)
I'm thinking that a Steering Wheel and Pedal setup MUST have an advantage over a standard controller. < Me using a standard controller.

No real advantage between the two IMO. I have not used a controller in 5 or 6 years but regularly get my arse handed to me by Church and other controller users.

Forza is a pretty fun game, though. It's been a long time since I played a racing game.
