I actually enjoyed the first one.
really like the first one but since forza and a few other games that i wanted to finish first achievement wise i havent come to a point to play this as much as i would like to
I loved racing the touring cars online.

If it's similar to the original, it's more of a blend of sim & arcade. Definitely less arcade than the NFS series, but certainly not full on sim like rFactor, iRacing or Race07 series. Grid was actually a rather nice blend. Wish I had more racer buddies when I was playing the first one.
Enjoyed the first. Dug it out a few months ago but after an update it just stopped working. I read that online multiplier for the first is no longer supported, maybe that's why it seems to continually freeze up.
i remember enjoying the career mode but found the online lobbies were a crash fest, damage always seemed to be on and races ended early because of that ..... I may be tempted by the second though, especially as there are now guys like you to race with/against!
this sounds like a fun title... I may have to put in another preorder.
