Must have signed on at just the wrong time. Saw your full room, but didn't see any other rooms up and running -- even checked the 202p fof tag. Turns out I shouldn't have played anyway. Had major dental surgery yesterday and was still a bit woozy.
Fun games last night. I only got in on 4 of them I think due to a late start. First game I had the best k/d in the game, and the last game I was the only guy to go negative on my team, yay for consistency! :P
That capture the flag match on Reflection was pretty crazy. Seemed a bit easy to capture the flag for both teams! Of course since drop shield was available I had to take it so I could "dance" with it. Someone didn't like my dance moves and skewered me on their sword :(
The SWAT King of the Hill match was a little odd, as some people pointed out during the match there were like "holograms" of spartans sometimes, that weren't actually from an armor ability, but disappeared after a bit.
I'm looking forward to next time this is hosted, and hope I'll be able to join in more towards the start of it.

The One Flag on Reflection and Hamburger Hill were a bit odd, as you say. I think the standing dead bodies are happening because I've got the respawn at it's shortest and the SWAT kills are so fast. I might even have a couple of seconds of invincibility turned on too, so people can get off their spawns before dying. It's just meant to be a crazy gametype.
I'm glad to read people are having fun. That plus getting to play with members from every pocket of 2old2play are what it's all about. Oh yeah, there is this thing called competition too.
I think I'll start a new list of people who need special attention. Of course those people could assuage my ire by being on my team next time.
We had two good parties going, that I was aware of, and the evening ended with those two parties merging for a few really good games to finish off the night with more than a few bangs.

I can vouch for the spawn protection, sniped a guy in his face and he shrugged it off. :(
