I created a shift account and tried to link it to my xbox, but it says you can't link the account from the website at this time. Is it just down or does it say that all the time?
I'm not entirely sure how to use the code. I see on BL2 the place to go to shift, but all it does is say 'authenticating' and pretty much stalls out. No options to sign up on the xbox, no place to enter a code. So either it's down or I'm missing something.
I think they tweeted about some difficulties, just try it again.
Once your account is linked to use a shift code you go into extras > shift > enter code and then type it into your console. It can only be done on the console inside borderlands 2.

Ah, heh, as bad as it sounds I'm glad to hear it's on their end and not simply due to my incompetance with most things technical....

Yeah, shift is down at the moment. They are working on it.
yeah. i started freaking out when i tried to put in a code. i couldnt connected in game to shift.
