So commander....100 singleton with a legendary critter as commander and you can only use spells with the colors of your commander.
I do this on purpose because i've got too many pieces of paper pinned to my wall all for building a new commander deck.

What did i get myself into ? I bought some new cards and put a lot of stuff into my sideboard.
My first idea does not seem to work...at all...soooooo time for some rebuilding.
If i can get it to work in time , i don't know , but i'm having fun puzzling..gif "79")
This turned out to be a very long tourny. I played 2 games, one 1+1, the other multi, and neither was less than 16 or 17 turns. I timed out on the multi. I like the format and had fun in the games. But, I missed my movie date with my man. Ahhhhhh. So sad. We could have gone later, but he didn't want to. Weird, but true. Oh, yeh! I had to forfeit anyways cuz of the late time. We did do lunch. Nice, anyways.. FC, did you ever make it to the pub? Pretty late in Holland by the time you could get away.
I really like commander, but the games did take a long time. I don't know of a way around that though, especially in MP. That is my biggest dislike of 2HG...game rounds take forever b/c people don't auto yield and then forget to f2 through all the stops.
I'd like to do some 2,3, or 4 person commander in casual play though.

so it took us 3 hours for 2 games.
However i was very pleased with my deck cuz it worked nice.
Seen a lot of nice decks and cards i never even heard of (written some of them down)

btw good to see we had 8 players.

No worries about the long tourny. We have had some that ended so quickly I felt like I didn't get any quality playing time!
I was afraid my deck would be way too slow, but it turnd out to work well. If Nite hadn't stolen all my crits on the last turn....

I've owned this card for a long time, rarely get to use it in a deck. Even rarer for it to work at the right time but fun when it does.
Similar to this one..Owned forever, don't get to use it against the superfast decks I'm usually up against. But the main fun of magic is occasionally being able to flip one of these type of cards out there.
I also got to use Decimate a couple times Sunday to good effect. It's hard to use in regular Magic because there needs to be all 4 of those card types out there before you're allowed to play it.
We had a good turn out this past sunday I enjoyed it. I think you can change the life totals some how going to see if i can figure it out. That way it will speed things up next time.
